investment research and is frequently sought out for commentary
on the equity markets. Emil’s comments have been published in
Barron’s and The Wall Street Journal.

Prior to founding The Executive Leadership Forum and New
Amsterdam, LLC, Emil was President of the Kratzer Company, an
insurance firm, for twelve years. Emil’s other business
experience includes working for UBS Financial Services, Royal
Bank of Canada, and HSBC.
